Mark Weiner has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association for over 15 years. He worked long and hard, volunteering his time to the non-profit organization on immigrant rights and causes. In 1999, he was voted in as President of AILA CFC.   

Mr. Weiner is also a licensed attorney in the Czech Republic, allowing him to practice in the European Union, US immigration law.

He is currently the CLE Chair for the International Law Section of the Florida Bar.

He is a member of the Peruvian American Chamber of Commerce, the Bolivian Business Council, the Great Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce and the Venezuelan American Chamber of Commerce

Mr. Weiner holds a foreign attorney license to practice in the Czech Republic, and hence, the European Union.


  The American Immigration Law Foundation (AILF) 

The American Immigration Law Foundation is a nonprofit organization that is involved with education and litigation, which promotes and furthers immigration.She is excited to serve on this Board, since it provides an opportunity to further our goals of helping immigrants, recognizing and honoring the contributions of immigrants to the U.S., and litigating when federal agencies interpret or enforce provisions of laws in a manner that AILF believes violates the intent of the law.


  The American Immigration Lawyers Association(AILA) 

The national bar association of over 6,900 attorneys who practice immigration law. AILA Member attorneys represent tens of thousands of U.S. families who have applied for permanent residence for their spouses, children, and other close relatives to lawfully enter and reside in the United States. AILA Members also represent thousands of U.S. businesses and industries which sponsor highly skilled foreign workers seeking to enter the United States on a temporary or permanent basis. AILA Members also represent foreign students, entertainers, athletes, and asylum seekers, often on a pro bono basis. Having previously served as the Chair of the AILA Liaison Committee to the Department of Labor for Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.


  The Florida Bar Association 

The Forida Bar is the licensing authority for attorneys practicing in the State of Florida. Mr. Weiner is also Board Certified in that state as an expert in immigration and nationality law.
