Mr. Weiner has been asked to be an Expert Witness in cases where immigrants, both legal and illegal, have been the plaintiff in personal injury cases. Representing the defense, Mr. Weiner makes sure that the status of the aliens who is bringing the action is clearly identified, and what impact that may or may not have on damages. Currently, he is writing an article that will explore the law through out the United States on this subject and will post here on this site when it is completed.
