F-1 Academic Student Visas 

The process of obtaining an Academic Student Visa first necessitates being accepted by an appropriate Academic Institution. That institution will then issue the foreign national the requisite Immigration form, or I-20. 

This form along with the U.S. sponsor's Affidavit of Support and supporting documentation is then forwarded to the foreign national abroad. Along with these forms and documentation, the requisite State Department forms must be completed. Once the foreign national receives this package, this firm contacts them preparing them for the interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate with regards to procedures and non-immigrant evidence to be presented.
